During the Fall term, Student Services聽聽staff committed to walking across Canada through their 鈥淲alk The Talk鈥� challenge.

The initiative aimed to have staff practice what they preach to students, by increasing their level of physical activity to promote well-being. Staff members wore Fitbits to track their steps and this week accomplished their team goal, having collectively walked 5,526,697 steps!

A new challenge will soon be underway and Student Services staff will be extending 聽an invitation to challenge other departments on the AC! More information to come.
